The story
Le Male by Jean Paul Gaultier, in the torso-shaped bottle with sailor stripes, has been a legend since 1995. It mixes fresh lavender and mint with warm vanilla for a clean, sweet and sensual scent.
What it smells like
Lavender, mint, cardamom, bergamot and artemisia give a fresh, aromatic opening. Cinnamon, orange blossom, caraway and cumin add a warm spicy heart, and vanilla, tonka bean, amber, sandalwood and cedar give the famous sweet, powdery trail.
